This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the BodyRox website, BodyRox mobile application, and RoxBand wearable device.

To help you track and optimize your fitness journey, we may collect the following:

- Fitness and Health Data: Heart rate, calories, BMI
- Device Data: IP address, device ID, OS type, app version
- Location Info: General location (used only for event participation or challenge rankings)
- Usage Stats: App interactions, feature usage, frequency of workouts
- Photos/Videos: Only if uploaded voluntarily for profile or leaderboard display
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data helps us personalize and enhance your BodyRox experience:
- To show you accurate workout summaries and performance trends
- To calculate and display performance, streaks, and leaderboard rankings
- To recommend workouts, challenges, and training suggestions
- To connect your wearable device (RoxBand) and sync your metrics
- To notify you about classes, updates, rewards, and challenges
- To manage membership plans, subscriptions, and payments
- To manage product and service purchases and transactions
We NEVER sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.

We give you control over your data:
- Access your personalized data anytime from the mobile app
- Update or correct profile information

6. Nigeria-Specific Disclosures
BodyRox operates in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
Users in Nigeria can report any breach to the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

- Workout data: 2 years
- Profile info: As long as account is active
- Financial data: As required by law for purchases made via the BodyRox mobile application

9. Children’s Privacy
The BodyRox App is not intended for children under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15.
